Primary Objective
To provide technical solutions for our international customers’ needs, building strong relationships with existing customers and developing new business opportunities.

Role Responsibilities
• Achieve agreed annual revenue and gross profit targets for the international market segments that you will be responsible for.
• Develop close working relationships with our existing marketing and technical team.
• Develop strong business relationships with our international distributor and independent agronomists and influence their
decision-making process.
• Benchmark our existing product offerings against competitors, ensuring they meet market needs.
• Play a central role in defining Biotechnica’s product development requirements and strategy.
• Work closely with the Supply Chain Manger to deliver the company’s strategic objectives for the product groups.
• Liaise effectively with the Supply Chain and Finance departments, to ensure customer requirements are achieved.
• Prepare, agree and implement a coherent sales plan to achieve sales growth and to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Promote Central Pharma Biotechnica Ltd and the product range to be at the forefront of agricultural biostimulants, enhancing the    status of the company within the marketplace.
• Support all relevant departments to develop new market opportunities for Central Pharma products based on proven technical evidence, including facilitating grower product performance trials.
• Provide authoritative technical training, advice and support for distributor customers and independent agronomists as and when      required.
• Provide exceptional customer relations management and after sales service.
• Attend international conferences and exhibitions as and when required.
• Represent Central Pharma Biotechnica Ltd in a highly professional manner.

Essential Education and Experience
• Agricultural qualification.
• FACTS Agriculture qualification.
• BASIS Agriculture would be advantageous
• The candidate will have at least five years agricultural experience, within an international context.

Experience
• The successful candidate is likely to be experienced in advising and selling to the agricultural sector, adding value to product            sales through providing technical advice directly to the farmer/grower.
• Experience of advising and selling to growers is essential.
• Direct experience of advising and selling agricultural biostimulants and organic fertilisers would be of benefit.
• A proven track record on your ability to generate new business is essential.

• Able to work from our facility in Bedford on a permanent basis and to be able to travel on an international basis to service and          develop our international business.
• Planning skills and effective time management are paramount.
• Have the stature, technical authority, and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships, with customers and                colleagues.
• With a “can do instinct”, the candidate should have a sharp commercial awareness and good negotiation skills.
• Working to agreed sales targets is essential.
• Current, clean driving licence is required.
